Fabrication Process Overview

First step is to get something functional and use it, test it and then improve it.
I’ve seen so many designers spend massive effort into elegant forms and completely forget the function part. I prefer to develop from function first.

Now that your project is working, time to improve it trial by fire!! Testing and pushing a product to it’s limits or beyond reveals much more than pretty pictures and software simuations.

Is this a one off? or do you plan to take this to market? Making sure everything can be delivered to specifications is an important last step.
What to Expect
Darrin was able to repair these old sculptures to look new, then he added the color finishes with natural minerals. These came out great and have been outdoors for years.
